Many employers and insurance providers offer Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, or Health Spending Accounts to assist employees in paying for medical expenses. Many accounts will allow the employee to set aside pre-tax dollars to be spent on procedures, such as LASIK.
